Based in Elgin, Johnstons selected Mitrefinch’s Time & Attendance, HR Manager and Flexipay Payroll packages, replacing the company’s previous in-house time & attendance and payroll systems to improve staff management and efficiency within the organisation.

Payroll

Mitrefinch’s Flexipay payroll software ensures automatic capture and transfer of payroll data for businesses. It allows companies to perform tax, NI, SSP, SMP, SAP and SPP calculations as well as other essential payroll procedures. The system is flexible and easy to use.

Installed in 2002, the Mitrefinch systems cover the 800 employees based at Johnstons’ four sites and is used on a daily basis to observe access control and monitor staff attendance.

The HR Manager from Mitrefinch reduces paper flow and administration within a company’s HR department. It enables HR staff to store, manage and report on employee information from one central source, attaching scanned images and other electronic files that can be obtained quickly and easily.
