ABSENCE AND LEAVE MANAGEMENT

Log and track employees absences or leave. Both managers and employees can check leave entitlements, recent clockings, flexitime entitlements and any anomalies the system has picked up in real-time.

With the absence profile view users can quickly access a calendar to spot patterns and trends in absences, for example an employee absent or late every Monday.

View team or companywide holidays to identify any potential skills missing from shifts or reduced workforce numbers.
