The vast majority of Brits get worried or stressed unnecessarily, according to new research. A report published by RESCUE REMEDY - a company that sells alternative treatments - revealed that 86 per cent of adults consider themselves to be a worrier, with the average adult spending the equivalent of almost a month of every year being anxious about one thing or another.
